Location: 100% Remote (U.S. Based)
Employment Type: Full-Time / Flexible Hours
Compensation: $90,000–$120,000/year

Overview
AO Globe Life is growing, and we’re hiring Remote Client Support Specialists to join our mission-driven, fully remote team. This role is a great fit for recent or soon-to-be graduates in business, marketing, or communications—or for anyone who thrives in a people-first, service-driven environment.
We provide full training, warm leads, and a structured support system so you can succeed from anywhere in the U.S. while building both a meaningful career and long-term earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct scheduled virtual consultations via Zoom
Guide clients through tailored benefit options and enrollment
Maintain accurate records and deliver excellent follow-up support
Provide professional, client-focused service throughout the process
Participate in mentorship, development programs, and team training
Build lasting client relationships while advancing your own career
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Comfortable on video and skilled with digital tools
Passion for helping others and contributing to a greater mission
Customer service or consultative experience preferred (not required)
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Windows-based laptop/PC with webcam and reliable internet required
