RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Day porter , you will be providing support at our properties in the Midtown Atlanta area along with our existing team members.

Your primary role will be will focusing on maintaining the cleanliness of the property. We are looking for an energetic self-starter that does not need constant supervision and can follow a proven program. A leader that follows established policies and scope of work.

Some day to day duties are but not limited to:

Cleaning parking areas including parking lots, parking garages, elevators, vestibules, etc.

Cleaning common areas and eating areas

Cleaning restrooms and interior common areas

Emptying trash

Other cleaning related functions

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES & OTHER QUALIFICATIONS

Previous cleaning experience is required

Knowledge of general cleaning practices for commercial properties

Strong and effective communicator

Positive and energetic team member

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

Excellent leadership skills

Must have a valid driver's license.

Reliable transportation

Own a smartphone, we use email and a Time and Attendance App for iPhone and Android.

Willing to take a background screen passing with no felony or theft history, violence history, etc.

Be legally eligible to work in the US. We use E-verify to approve all new employees.

Compensation: Hourly $11-13 plus $150 sign-on bonus

WORKING CONDITIONS

Most of your work will be performed at two job sites in the Midtown area. You should expect to work inside and outside.

All necessary equipment to provide cleaning services is located on-site
