Banking Branch Manager
$50,000 to $80,000 (negotiable based on experience) Benefits:

The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring high-quality customer service, achieving sales and service goals, maintaining regulatory compliance, and fostering a results-oriented, team-focused environment. This role supervises Assistant Branch Managers, Tellers, and Customer Service Representatives while serving as the primary liaison between the branch and other departments. Job Responsibilities:
- Coach, train, and supervise branch staff to maintain excellent customer service levels.
- Manage branch schedules, payroll, and time-off approvals.
- Perform audits, monitor security procedures, and ensure compliance with federal laws and internal policies.
- Oversee consumer lending and maintain a portfolio.
- Monitor branch performance metrics, including transactions, sales volume, and customer traffic.
- Conduct performance evaluations, one-on-one coaching, and staff development.
- Maintain branch supplies and adhere to budgetary guidelines.
- Promote the bank’s brand within the community and coordinate branch events with the Marketing Department.
- Maintain continuous communication between the branch and other departments.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
- Minimum 5 years of banking experience, including Teller and CSR roles; management or supervisory experience required.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to quickly learn new software.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Strong leadership, coaching, team building, communication, organizational, decision-making, and customer service skills.
- Competencies include ethical conduct, attention to detail, accountability, initiative, judgment, time management, and financial aptitude.
