The Fruit Expert® - Customer Service & Production Associate is responsible for creating fruit arrangements, dipped fruit™ boxes, and bakeshop Edible® treat products, following proper operational procedures. He or she also ensures Edible® service standards are met and surpassed by providing customers with prompt service and delivering a WOW experience.

How you'll make an impact:

• Build arrangements according to our brand standards following approved procedures and proper portion sizes
• Wash, peel and/or cut various fruit to prepare for arranging
• Perform cleaning tasks in accordance with the cleaning standards and works as a store team player; Clean work areas, equipment, utensils, and dishes
• Remove trash and clean kitchen waste containers
• Follow proper food sanitation and handling procedures
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of product knowledge and quality standards
• Welcomes and connects with every customer to provide excellent customer service
• Discover customer needs and appropriately suggests products with every customer to enhance the customer experience
• Use effective sales approaches and displays strong knowledge of product line
• Respond to customer needs; Manage difficult customer situations in a calm and professional manner
• Take responsibility to learn all aspects of the position

Requirements:

• Previous/Similar experience with Edible Arrangements is preferred
• Reference from most recent job
• Must be able to follow and listen to verbal and written instructions and directions.
• Must be willing to be a team player and help out wherever needed.
• Must have an open and flexible schedule.
• MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ON HOLIDAYS!!!

Pay: $11.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

REGULAR STORE HOURS:

• Monday-Saturday: 9AM-6PM
• Sunday 10AM-3PM

OUR MAJOR HOLIDAY HOURS ARE EXTENDED! (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas Eve)
