Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Employee Benefits Account Manager (EBAM) to join a team. Compensation Package
- Salary Range : $60000 - $65000 annually
- Benefits : Comprehensive benefits package offered
- 401(k) : Included
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 50 group accounts ranging from 15-50 lives primarily level-funded and self-funded accounts.
- Provide exceptional service to clients by addressing inquiries resolving issues and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Assist with quoting new and renewal business.
- Collaborate with producers carriers and other team members to meet client needs and achieve business objectives.
- Utilize AMS360 software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
- Participate in occasional in-office meetings for carrier marketing and insured discussions.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensure/Designations : Active Life & Health (L&H) license required.
- Experience : 2-4 years of relevant experience in employee benefits or a related field is preferred.
- Skills : Strong generalist knowledge of employee benefits excellent communication and organizational skills and proficiency in AMS360 software.
- Location : Must be local and able to attend in-office meetings and training as needed.
