Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and quality-driven QA Engineer. This role is responsible for designing and executing automated test strategies, auditing test results, and ensuring the performance, reliability, and scalability of our software products. A key focus of this position is the development and integration of AI-driven agents to enhance test automation and efficiency. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a strong background in intelligent automation, performance analysis, and cross-functional collaboration within Agile development teams.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Design and implement automated test cases
- Develop and manage AI-driven agents to optimize test execution, coverage, and efficiency
- Audit and maintain automated test results and scripts
- Perform performance, load, and stress testing
- Identify, report, and track software bugs
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure timely issue resolution
- Ensure software meets defined quality and reliability standards
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Automation, or a related technical field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a QA Engineer with a focus on test automation
- Proven experience in performance, load, and stress testing of web/mobile-based applications
- Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, or integrating AI agents for test automation workflows
- Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Testim (preferred), Katalon, Selenium, Cypress, or similar
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong proficiency in automated testing tools such as Testim, Selenium, Cypress, Katalon, etc.
- Ability to design and work with AI-driven agents to enhance test automation and coverage
- Solid understanding of QA methodologies, testing strategies, and software development life cycles
- Experience with performance and stress testing tools
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, Java, etc
- Familiarity with API testing
- Experience with CI/CD tools
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, Agile environments with strong attention to detail
