PowerBI Developer (Milton)

TRC Talent Solutions is partnering with a leading construction and infrastructure-focused organization to identify a high-potential Investment Analyst to support underwriting and execution of data center investments. This role sits close to senior leadership and is heavily involved in modeling, capital markets support, and transaction execution across a growing portfolio of institutional-grade assets.

Summary

We are seeking a skilled Power BI Developer to support a large-scale analytics modernization initiative within a critical infrastructure environment. This role will focus on replacing manual reporting processes with automated, enterprise-grade Power BI solutions while integrating key data sources such as PI Historian, Oracle, and GCP platforms like BigQuery and Cloud SQL.

The ideal candidate will bring strong Power BI expertise, hands-on GCP experience, and the ability to design scalable reporting solutions that support compliance, inventory tracking, and operational trend analysis.

Responsibilities

• Convert manual spreadsheet-driven reporting processes into automated Power BI dashboards

• Develop reporting for standard deviation analysis, gain/loss patterns, and operational trends

• Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using GCP tools including BigQuery, Cloud SQL, and Dataflow

• Integrate enterprise data sources such as Oracle and PI Historian for real-time analytics

• Deliver standardized reporting designed for compliance, audits, and operational reviews

• Create scalable dashboards and reporting solutions for business stakeholders

• Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction and transformation

• Collaborate with business users and technical teams to improve reporting processes and data quality

• Ensure data integrity, governance, and reporting accuracy across platforms

Requirements

• 3–6 years of dedicated experience in Power BI development

• Expert-level proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and Power BI Service

• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform, specifically BigQuery

• Strong SQL skills with the ability to write complex queries and transformations

• Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines in cloud-based environments

• Experience integrating enterprise data sources such as Oracle and PI Historian preferred

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred
