Warehouse Coordinator: Dispatching and Receiving
We are seeking a warehouse coordinator to join our team! Transerve sells heavy duty truck and trailer parts in the northeast Georgia area. We will rely on you to use strong warehouse skills to facilitate the dispatching of delivery trucks and to receive inbound shipments, as well as coordinating fleet maintenance. Job Description:

• Dispatching our delivery trucks on their daily routes
• Checking to make sure items to be delivered match the invoices billed
• Receiving inbound stock and putting it away
• Reconciling inventory discrepancies, and following up with the vendor
• Forklift skills are a must! Will be manually handling pallets as well
• Become proficient with our computer software
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Learn industry specific knowledge

Qualifications:

• Have previous warehouse experience
• Parts experience is beneficial but not a must
• Ability to build rapport with customers and fellow employees
• Possess strong communication skills
• Be deadline and detail-oriented
• Ability to handle orders from start to finish
• Thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere
