Project Coordinator – Residential Development
Location: Alpharetta, GA | Employment Type: Full-Time

You’ll work closely with project managers, executives, and contractors to ensure deadlines are met, budgets are maintained, and quality standards are exceeded.

What You’ll Do:
Keep Projects on Track
- Help create and manage project schedules, timelines, and milestones.
- Organize and maintain project documents, contracts, and reports.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and capture action items.
Be the Communication Hub
- Serve as the go-to contact for updates between internal teams, contractors, and vendors.
- Ensure everyone has the information they need to keep moving forward.
Support Reporting & Tracking
- Prepare regular progress updates for leadership.
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and vendor invoices.
Maintain Quality & Compliance
- Ensure projects meet company standards, industry best practices, and relevant regulations.
- Assist in identifying and resolving potential issues before they become problems.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or related roles (real estate, construction, or investment experience).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing accuracy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
