Position Overview: We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Internet Sales Specialist to join our team. This pivotal role is designed for a master of phone skills, proficient in converting online inquiries into sales leads, and adept at setting appointments that drive sales goals. As the first point of contact for our internet-savvy customers, you will play a vital role in educating them about our unique value proposition, and outstanding vehicle selection, helping to guide their buying journey with expert advice and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage online inquiries, transforming them into concrete sales leads and setting appointments to welcome customers to our dealership.
• Serve as a product knowledge expert, confidently educating customers about the features and benefits of our Buick, GMC, and Cadillac models.
• Follow up consistently with prospects, maintaining a strong pipeline for sales and opportunities for customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless customer experiences and the achievement of sales targets.
• Keep current with product updates, changes in the industry, and sales techniques to enhance customer interactions and sales outcomes.

Qualifications:

• A track record of success in a sales or customer service environment, with direct experience in managing sales leads.
