We are currently seeking a dedicated Data Entry professional to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

• Accurately input and update patient data in our electronic health record system.
• Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of all medical records.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and documents as required by management.
• Perform regular audits of data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Respond to inquiries regarding patient data and assist various departments with data-related tasks.
• Maintain and manage databases, ensuring that data is accessible and organized.
• Collaborate with team members to improve data entry procedures and workflows.
• Support administrative tasks related to patient care and clinic operations as needed.

Essential Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in healthcare administration preferred.
• Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
• Experience in a medical or healthcare setting is a plus.

Desired Experience

• Previous experience in data entry, particularly within a medical or clinical environment, is preferred.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and healthcare terminology is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Experience with database management and reporting tools is a plus.
