Salary: $13 an hour
Company Overview:
- PFP Logistics is a third-party (3PL)Staffing Companythat works in Warehouses' Shipping and Receiving Departments across the nation.
Primary Responsibility:
Provide timely, courteous support to customers while coordinating administrative and clerical functions that support daily warehouse operations.
Schedule + Pay
- Monday - Friday
- $13 an hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, shipments, inventory, and service issues.
- Process work orders, track shipments, and update inventory records.
- Act as liaison between customers, warehouse, and office for account support and invoicing.
- Resolve OS&D (Over, Short & Damaged) and refused product issues.
- Schedule loads and maintain reports to ensure loads are completed and closed.
- Verify invoice accuracy and maintain order documentation and files.
- Answer phones, greet visitors, and provide general clerical support.
- Communicate customer feedback to management and assist with additional duties as needed.
Requirements:
Background Check
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
0-2 years of related work experience.
Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Desktop computers.
Accurate typing and data entry skills
