CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve Guests through the Winning Hearts Everyday Strategy.
  • Deliver 2nd Mile Service and Develop Trust with Guests.
  • Follow all policies and fulfill operational goals.
  • Create \Raving Fans' and relationship with the Community.

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
  • Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
  • Stock kitchen inventory as needed
  • Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
  • Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
  • Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
  • Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
  • Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
  • Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Offering Guests a clean and safe environment is paramount to showing high levels of care.
  • For many Customers, this priority is the most important value for dining with us.
  • Be able to access Pathway training app
  • Utilize HotSchedules for anything schedule related
  • Follow all Uniform, Apparel, and Appearance Guidelines

SCHEDULE CLASSIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

Full-Time: 30+ hours weekly

Part-Time: Less than 30 hours

Saturdays: All team members are expected to work at least 2 Saturdays a month, unless approved by the Operator or Hiring Manager
