Back of House Team Member
At Chick-fil-A, the Back of House Team Member role is more than just a job; it's an opportunity. - Serve Guests through the Winning Hearts Everyday Strategy.
- Deliver 2nd Mile Service and Develop Trust with Guests.
- Follow all policies and fulfill operational goals.
- Create \Raving Fans' and relationship with the Community.
Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
- Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
- Stock kitchen inventory as needed
- Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
- Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
- Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
- Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
- Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
- Other duties as assigned

ALL TEAM MEMBERS MUST:
- Be Fast & Accurate: By executing this fundamental with excellence, we let Guests know we value their time and their business—and fast and accurate service is one reason why Customers keep coming back, specifically in the drive-thru.
- Provide a Clean & Safe Environment
- Offering Guests a clean and safe environment is paramount to showing high levels of care.
- For many Customers, this priority is the most important value for dining with us.
- Be able to access Pathway training app
- Utilize HotSchedules for anything schedule related
- Follow all Uniform, Apparel, and Appearance Guidelines
SCHEDULE CLASSIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
Full-Time: 30+ hours weekly
Part-Time: Less than 30 hours
Saturdays: All team members are expected to work at least 2 Saturdays a month, unless approved by the Operator or Hiring Manager
