Customer Service National Accounts
- Follow up customer purchase order scheduling, shipment with Planning, warehouse team.
- Follow up the sample request, preparation, shipment based on customer/HQ sales team/ service representatives' request.
- Resolve routine and basic problems and communicates solution or requested information to the sales representatives.
- Occasionally administrative works support for customer visit.
- Participate and take on additional assignments and projects as required. Education and Experience
- College degree or above
- At least 1-year order processing experience or customer service role.
- Integrity, hardworking, careful & positive working attitude and team spirit.
- Highly motivated and self-disciplined;
- Pro-active, accountable.
- Problem solver
- Good communication (verbal/written) and interpersonal skills
- Good Microsoft Office skills required.
- Can work under pressure.
- Customer oriented.
