- Operate and maintain asphalt tack distributor trucks safely and efficiently.
- Prepare and apply tack coat to surfaces as part of the paving process.
- Monitor and adjust equipment settings to ensure quality application.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle and equipment.
- Collaborate with crew members to ensure smooth operations on job sites.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while on the job.
- Maintain accurate records of materials used and work performed.
- Assist with other construction tasks as needed to support the team.
- Valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License) required.
- Experience operating asphalt tack distributor trucks preferred.
- Strong understanding of paving processes and materials.
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions and physical environments.
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork mentality.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Previous construction experience is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
