JOB DESCRIPTION

o 637 licensed beds
o Level 1 Trauma Designation
o Teaching Hospital
o Chest Pain Center
o Stroke Center
● Department Information:
o Census? Average patients/day? 100
o Minimum Years of Experience required? 4 years CT experience
o Will you accept a first-time traveler? No
● Patient Types/Common Diagnoses:
o Inpatients, Outpatients, ER
● Required License, National Certification, Certifications (BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, etc.), or other position specific requirements such as Driver's License and/or Insurance:
o ARRT (CT), BLS
● Skills required:
o IV starts
● Support within the Department:
o Discussed during interview
● Technology/Equipment:
o EMR: EPIC
o Department specific Equipment: Philips PACS, GE scanners
● Floating: If yes, where?
o Inpatient, ER
● Orientation (facility and unit) :
o NEO
o 1 day departmental
● Scheduling:
o Weekend rotation: No
o No call
o Holiday Expectations: Work holidays that fall during contract
o RTO Requests: Manager approval
o Shift times: Variable
o Schedule cycle (how many weeks): 13 weeks
