Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-focused Warehouse Associate for a temporary contract opportunity in Lawrenceville, GA. This role supports daily warehouse operations in a hands-on shipping, receiving, and inventory environment involving used office equipment.

The Warehouse Associate will play an important role in keeping freight moving accurately and efficiently, from unloading incoming shipments to stocking inventory and preparing customer orders for shipment. This is a strong opportunity for someone with warehouse experience who enjoys physical work, teamwork, and a structured Monday through Friday schedule.

Key Responsibilities

- Unload incoming freight and accurately document inventory details.
- Stock inventory in assigned bin locations to support efficient warehouse flow.
- Pull, stage, and prepare sales orders for shipment.
- Assist with physical inventory counts and inventory accuracy processes.
- Build second decks in ocean containers as needed.
- Support general warehouse duties and cross-functional tasks as assigned.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay rate: $17.25 per hour.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
- Job type: Temporary contract.
- Location: Lawrenceville, GA.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Receive, stock, pull, and ship warehouse inventory accurately.
- Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely.
- Assist with inventory counts and warehouse organization.
- Handle used office equipment and support container-loading activities.

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse, shipping and receiving, logistics, or related experience required.
- Ability to operate forklifts and material-handling equipment.
- Basic computer skills for inventory documentation and warehouse processes.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and move wheeled equipment up to 700 lbs.
- Comfortable working in confined spaces and handling heavy equipment regularly.
- Ability to perform frequent stooping, bending, squatting, and kneeling.
- Strong attention to detail, dependability, and commitment to safe warehouse practices.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience working with office equipment, freight handling, or container loading.
- Experience with inventory systems, bin locations, or warehouse order fulfillment.
- Forklift experience in a shipping, receiving, or warehousing environment.
