Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A high school Special Education Teacher position is available for the upcoming school year in Calhoun, GA. This contract role offers an opportunity to work with diverse learners and make a meaningful impact in a supportive educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs
• Adapt curriculum and instructional methods for students with disabilities
• Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and support staff to enhance student success
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and behavior
• Provide a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that fosters learning and growth
