Sales Coordinator - Hilton Atlanta and Towers

Hilton Atlanta and Towers is looking for a talented Sales Coordinator to join their team!

The ideal candidate is a driven, organized professional with strong skills in time management, prioritization, and multitasking. Excellent communication, hotel operations knowledge, and computer proficiency are essential, along with a passion for sales. Familiarity with Delphi and OnQ is preferred. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate individual seeking professional growth within Hilton.

Shift Pattern: The ideal candidate must have open availability. Property needs coverage primarily during normal weekday hours of operations. Typical shift hours are 8:30am-5:00pm (Monday – Friday).

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

What will I be doing?

Provides the director and managers of sales and marketing with administrative and clerical support including word- processing, typing, e-mailing, filing, data-entry, faxing, copying, corresponding, answering telephones, processing mail, taking notes and/or dictation, making travel arrangements and performing other general office duties. Assists on special projects as needed.
