Position OverviewWe are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Commercial Real Estate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will provide legal advice and services related to commercial real estate transactions, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations while protecting the interests of our clients. Key Responsibilities
- Draft and review commercial real estate contracts, leases, and agreements
- Provide legal guidance on real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financing
- Conduct due diligence and title examinations on commercial properties
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients and other parties involved in transactions
- Advise clients on zoning, land use, and regulatory compliance matters
- Represent clients in real estate litigation and dispute resolution
- Stay updated on changes in real estate laws and regulations that may impact clients
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admittance to the state bar and in good standing
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial real estate law
- Strong understanding of real estate transactions and related legal issues
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
