CNC Machine Operator
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on machining aluminum profiles for modular systems, with an emphasis on delivering high-quality custom orders. Our production environment is fast-paced and collaborative, ideal for individuals who thrive in manufacturing settings.
Pay Rate: $19.00/hour
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines and saws to precisely cut, drill, and trim aluminum profiles per established specifications.
- Select and install appropriate blades, set machine controls to manage operational speed, and ensure optimal functioning of equipment.
- Conduct thorough inspections of machined parts to guarantee compliance with quality standards.
- Prepare finished components for assembly or shipment, ensuring accurate labeling and handling.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Perform physical tasks, including prolonged standing and lifting items up to 50 pounds.
- Milling experience
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a manufacturing role, particularly in milling or cutting operations; experience with aluminum is highly advantageous.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work.
- Ability to excel in a collaborative, team-oriented atmosphere while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Openness to cross-train in diverse production areas to enhance versatility and operational efficiency.
Working Conditions:
- This position is based in a production/manufacturing environment, requiring the candidate to remain on their feet for extended periods and manage physical labor tasks.
