Responsibilities
- Set up imaging equipment and position the patient to perform mammography exams according to department procedures.
- Independently perform a wide variety of mammography procedures with judgment and initiative.
- Obtain high-quality diagnostic images while prioritizing patient safety and age-appropriate care.
- Maintain compliance with department procedures and regulatory requirements for quality and safety.
- Adhere to continuing education requirements under FDA/MQSA guidelines and stay current with equipment capabilities.

Requirements
- Ability to independently perform mammography procedures and operate imaging equipment.
- Flexible and dependable, with the ability to meet department needs and work 12-hour day shifts.
- Demonstrated accountability and cooperative teamwork in a clinical setting.
- Commitment to patient safety and age-appropriate care.
- Willingness to maintain FDA/MQSA continuing education requirements and comply with equipment standards.
- Experience working in a hospital setting is preferred.
