Business Development Representative

Position Overview:

Sourced . is seeking a Business Development Representative to sell our Talent Acquisition services to small and medium-sized businesses in the areas of Finance and Accounting, I.T., Legal and Administrative support. What you’ll need to succeed as a Business Development Representative at Sourced .

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Strong competitive nature with a hunter mentality and a strong desire to succeed
• Ability to self-direct with support from the Sourced . team
• Ability to meet established sales goals
• Solid time management and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred qualifications:

• 2 years of professional sales experience
• 2 years of experience in B2B Sales, PEO Sales or Insurance Sales
• Established record of successfully meeting sales goals and quotas
• Experience with Google Workspace, LinkedIn, Indeed and HubSpot CRM or equivalent CRM systems

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Identify new customers in local, regional and national markets and introduce them to the Sourced.
• Talent Acquisition value proposition using cold calling, email, networking platforms and job boards
• Grow your account base and work with the Sourced. support team to ensure warm handoffs to the Sourced. closing team
• Work with sales support and talent acquisition staff to ensure effective administrative support and customer satisfaction
• Develop relationships vertically and horizontally within customer organizations
