About the Role We are seeking a motivated and experienced Insurance Sales Lead to join our growing team.This is an exciting opportunity for a sales-driven professional with a passion for helping clients find the right insurance solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in sales, leadership skills, and a results-oriented mindset. Compensation: Base + Commission (2-10% on P&C Sales) Key Responsibilities Must have 1-5+ years of continuous insurance sales experience (required).
Conduct cold calling and outbound sales to generate new business.
Set and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Work closely with leadership and team members to establish and reach sales goals.
Generate new business and cross-sell to existing customers.
Identify and qualify sales leads from multiple sources.
Maintain high retention rates by ensuring excellent customer service.
Offer tailored insurance solutions that meet client needs.
Lead and manage the sales team to drive growth and revenue.
Develop and implement sales strategies and training programs.
Analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
Provide ongoing coaching, support, and mentorship to team members.
Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
Identify new market opportunities to expand the business.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to leadership. What We're Looking For Proven experience as a Sales Lead or similar role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
Ability to analyze sales metrics and make data-driven decisions.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Industry knowledge is a plus.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
A self-motivated, results-driven individual who works well independently.
