Header Welder - TIG

**TIG Header Welder** **We are hiring experienced TIG Welders** to join our team specializing in Box Header welding. We design and manufacture shell and tube heat exchangers and cooling units. Box Header experience is preferred but not required. Candidates must have TIG welding with code experience. Structural-only welders will not be considered. **Responsibilities** + Perform TIG welding on box headers to code standards + Read and interpret blueprints + Maintain less than 5% repair rate on X-Ray inspections + Handle X-Ray and UT repairs efficiently + Assist with fit-ups and team tasks + Work safely in a heavy manufacturing environment **Requirements** + Proven TIG welding experience with code + Blueprint reading skills + Box Header welding experience preferred + Problem-solving ability for repairs + Team-oriented and safety-focused **Shifts & Overtime** + 1st Shift: 6 AM - 6 PM + 2nd Shift: 6 PM - 6 AM + Plenty of overtime available **Benefits** + Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match + Disability and life insurance + Paid time off + Opportunities for overtime + Culture of teamwork and continuous improvement **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Catoosa, OK. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
