As an Assistant Superintendent, you will be an essential part of the project execution team, working alongside seasoned Senior Superintendents and Project Managers. This role offers invaluable hands-on experience and mentorship, placing you at the core of their projects to ensure they are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities:- Site Management Support: Assist in overseeing construction sites, coordinating subcontractors, and managing employees to ensure smooth and efficient project operations.
- Safety Compliance: Help enforce safety protocols, maintaining a secure work environment for all site personnel.
- Project Scheduling: Aid in developing and maintaining project timelines to ensure all milestones are met on time.
- Quality Assurance: Participate in quality control efforts to uphold superior workmanship, ensuring all work meets or exceeds project specifications and industry standards.
- Documentation: Assist in preparing and maintaining daily logs and reports, keeping accurate records of project progress.
- Site Organization: Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the site, promoting a professional and efficient work environment.
- Experience: 3-4 years of commercial construction experience, with a proven track record of supporting successful project completions.
- Goal-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to assist in meeting or exceeding construction goals and deadlines.
- Communication: Exceptional written, verbal, and technological communication skills.
- Multitasking: Strong ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Time Management: Excellent time management skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Analytical Skills: Logical thinking with a commonsense approach to challenges.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in construction management software and tools, with a willingness to learn new technologies as needed.
- Type: Full-Time
- Salary: $65,000-$85,000 + Per Diem
