AVSE is a brand-new, 20,500 sq ft specialty and emergency hospital offering ER, Internal Medicine, Surgery, Oncology, and Neurology. Led by an experienced Medical Director and supported by Ethos Veterinary Health, we’re committed to providing advanced medical care, compassionate communication, and a collaborative, wellness-focused workplace.

Our hospital includes:
Four fully equipped surgical suites • Dedicated canine & feline ICUs • CUBEX mini units • Isolation wards • CT • MRI • Fluoroscopy • Ultrasound • Endoscopy • Digital Radiology • 10 exam rooms • EzyVet with SmartFlow • Generous office & conference space

✨ Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of up to $175,000 for 13 shifts per month (commensurate with experience)
• 25% production, no negative accrual
• Rotating schedule designed to support work–life balance
• Optional 10-shift/month schedule available
• 3 weeks PTO + 1 week CE
• $2,500 CE stipend
