Ready to join a passionate, energetic team that’s redefining exceptional veterinary care? Alpharetta Veterinary Specialty + Emergency (AVSE) is seeking an experienced Emergency Veterinarian to support our growing caseload and help shape the future of our state-of-the-art hospital.
Who We Are
AVSE is a brand-new, 20,500 sq ft specialty and emergency hospital offering ER, Internal Medicine, Surgery, Oncology, and Neurology. Led by an experienced Medical Director and supported by Ethos Veterinary Health, we’re committed to providing advanced medical care, compassionate communication, and a collaborative, wellness-focused workplace.
Our hospital includes:
Four fully equipped surgical suites • Dedicated canine & feline ICUs • CUBEX mini units • Isolation wards • CT • MRI • Fluoroscopy • Ultrasound • Endoscopy • Digital Radiology • 10 exam rooms • EzyVet with SmartFlow • Generous office & conference space
Located in the heart of Alpharetta, you’ll be steps from the Avalon’s shops and dining, plus beautiful nearby nature trails—perfect for unwinding after your shifts.

✨ Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary of up to $175,000 for 13 shifts per month (commensurate with experience)
- 25% production, no negative accrual
- Rotating schedule designed to support work–life balance
- Optional 10-shift/month schedule available
- 3 weeks PTO + 1 week CE
- $2,500 CE stipend

- Pathway to ABVP Board Certification (non-residency)
