Front Office & Guest Relations Intern
- Provide a warm, gracious welcome and personalized service throughout the guest journey
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively address requests, preferences, and concerns
- Assist with VIP arrivals, special occasions, and guest recognition initiatives
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolution
- Support check-in and check-out procedures with efficiency and attention to detail
- Maintain accuracy in reservations, guest profiles, and room assignments
- Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Ensure front desk and lobby areas reflect the hotel's luxury standards at all times
- Provide information on hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Assist with reservations for dining, transportation, and activities
- Coordinate special guest requests and ensure follow-through
- Assist with daily reports, guest correspondence, and record-keeping
- Support service quality audits and guest satisfaction tracking
- Participate in team briefings and operational meetings
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor aligned with luxury hospitality standards
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Ability to remain calm and courteous in fast-paced environments
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
