Job Summary
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the first point of contact for customers. They are responsible for handling inquiries, resolving complaints, processing orders, and providing accurate information in a professional and courteous manner.
Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and/or in-person
Provide accurate product, service, and account information
Resolve customer concerns efficiently and empathetically
Document customer interactions and follow up as needed
Process orders, returns, exchanges, and billing issues
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, shipping, technical support) to resolve customer needs
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and policies
Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and response time metrics
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
1+ years of customer service or related experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficient with customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office
Bilingual [if applicable] a plus
