Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Receptionist at our Atlanta, GA office. The Receptionist will be responsible for managing front desk operations, answering and directing phone calls, greeting clients and visitors, scheduling appointments, handling clerical tasks, and providing general administrative support. As the first point of contact for clients, the Receptionist will support a professional and welcoming office atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Strong Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties, including answering calls, taking messages, and greeting visitors
• Proficiency in Clerical Skills such as data entry, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records organized
• Excellent Communication abilities, both verbal and written
• Customer Service skills, ensuring a helpful and professional client experience
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to handle multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
• Previous receptionist or administrative experience is a plus
• Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) is beneficial
