Office Associate

Location: Woodstock

Pay: $22 - $28/hr + Weekly Bonus + Overtime

Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30a – 3:30p (April – October)

The Office Associate is customers’ first point of contact at Mountain Pools. This is a customer service role responsible for resolving customer problems, engaging Managers to resolve their problems, or providing prompt & accurate responses. The Associate exercises good judgement in deciding what they can resolve themselves, what others need to resolve, and how to effectively prioritize their own work to best serve the business.

Primary duties:

• Answer the phone, manage voicemail, manage the [email protected] inbox
• Respond to all inquiries within a business day
• Resolve non-technical invoicing, payment, scheduling, self-service portal, etc. questions
• Route technical questions to the relevant Manager
• Onboard new customers
• Contact customers to resolve payment failures, overdue invoices, and alert them to Saturday work
• Support Managers as needed

Secondary duties:

• Physical support- stock office supplies, stock field reports, help with weekly office cleaning, etc.
• Administrative support- updating inventory prices, editing training manuals, identifying process improvements, etc.
• Prepare concise and relevant updates to share at weekly team meetings
