Travel Type: Remote (no expenses)
Job Requirements:
- BM z/OS Operating System installation, configuration, customization, and upgrades.
- JCL (Job Control Language) creating, debugging, and optimizing batch jobs.
- System Utilities & Tools ISPF, TSO, SDSF, REXX, CLIST.
- System Programming SMP/E, PARMLIB customization, PROCLIB management.
- Subsystems Expertise (at least some of the following):
- JES2/JES3 (Job Entry Subsystems)
- RACF/ACF2/Top Secret (Security management)
- VTAM, TCP/IP (Networking)
- CICS, IMS, DB2 (middleware/database knowledge a plus)
- Storage Management DFSMS, DFHSM, DASD, Tape management.
- Disaster Recovery/Backup GDPS, SRDF, FlashCopy, replication tools.
- Performance and Capacity Management RMF, SMF, OMEGAMON, Mainview, or similar.
- Automation Tools NetView, Tivoli System Automation, OPS/MVS
