Assistant Professor - Music (Tuba)

- Performing with the Valdosta Symphony Orchestra as Principal Tuba.
- Maintaining an active regional, national, and international presence as a performer.
- Ability to teach in additional areas of Music (theory, history, etc.), or general education courses (music appreciation, etc.).
- Additional teaching duties may be expected based on qualifications and departmental needs.
- Faculty members are expected to make substantive contributions to the department, university, and community through service.
- Ph.D. or DMA in Tuba or Euphonium by appointment date.
- Experience teaching college-level applied Tuba and Euphonium.
- Demonstrated commitment to excellence in teaching and learning.
