As a Lawn & Garden CSR, you’ll help customers find the right products and solutions while creating a friendly, positive shopping experience.
You’ll assist customers, maintain department organization, support sales operations, and help ensure the Lawn & Garden department stays clean, stocked, and customer-ready.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Greet customers with a friendly and professional attitude
• Assist customers in person and over the phone
• Ask questions to understand customer needs and recommend solutions
• Deliver excellent customer service and shopping experiences

Department Support

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional department appearance
• Support product stocking and inventory organization
• Assist customers with purchases and department questions

Store Operations

• Report security or loss prevention concerns to management
• Support daily store operations and customer satisfaction goals
• Help maintain a positive and productive team environment

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for dependable, customer-focused individuals who enjoy helping people and working in a fast-paced retail setting.

Required Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Good math and organizational skills
• Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
• Ability to stay organized in a busy environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Paladin POS systems
• Basic knowledge of lawn and garden products or landscaping materials

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and handle up to 70 lbs
