Position Overview

Excellence Property Care Solutions Inc. is actively seeking skilled and dependable HVAC & Plumbing Technicians to join our network as 1099 independent contractors in the Brunswick, Georgia (31520) area. This opportunity is ideal for multi-skilled technicians who can diagnose, repair, and maintain both HVAC and plumbing systems and who prefer flexible scheduling with consistent job flow.

Technicians must be able to service a 50-mile radius around Brunswick , including surrounding cities and rural service locations. Local candidates are preferred; however, applicants willing to travel within the coverage area are encouraged to apply.

Candidates with EPA 608 Certification and/or State HVAC/Plumbing Licenses will receive priority consideration.

Key Responsibilities

HVAC Services:

• Diagnose, repair, and service residential and light commercial HVAC systems (furnaces, heat pumps, air handlers, condensers, mini-splits)

• Perform HVAC installations, replacements, system upgrades, and seasonal tune-ups

• Troubleshoot electrical, airflow, refrigerant, and mechanical issues

Plumbing Services:

• Diagnose and repair plumbing systems, including leaks, clogs, water heaters, fixtures, drains, and supply lines

• Perform plumbing installations, replacements, and preventive maintenance

• Troubleshoot water pressure, drainage, and pipe-related issues

General Responsibilities:

• Complete work orders accurately and within required timelines

• Follow all safety standards, codes, and company procedures

• Maintain a clean, safe work environment at all job sites

• Communicate professionally with clients regarding findings, repairs, and recommendations

• Provide own tools, diagnostic equipment, and service vehicle

Qualifications and Requirements
