What You'll Do

As a Remote Client Success Representative , you'll work directly with clients who have requested information regarding their benefits and coverage options.

Client Service Responsibilities

• Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and phone appointments

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Answer questions regarding available benefits and coverage options

• Explain products and services clearly and professionally

• Assist clients with applications, enrollment, and policy updates

• Provide ongoing customer support and follow-up communication

• Maintain accurate client records and documentation

Professional Development
