Key Responsibilities:
- Develop listings, build contacts, and conduct cold calling, along with Marketing to penetrate key market segments.
- Meet with prospective and existing clients to understand their challenges and align our services with their needs.
- Work closely with internal teams and clients to develop tailored solutions through a consultative sales process.
- Create strong value propositions that result in winning proposals.
- Negotiate and close business that aligns with company sales goals.
- Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, peers, and leadership.
- Support trade shows and marketing activities that expand the sales pipeline.
- Analyze marketing, technology, and industry trends across target verticals.
- Manage and maintain a healthy pipeline by using our CRM tool.
- 10+ years of experience in business development and sales roles within engineering design services
- Strong background in solution selling
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Solid understanding of a wide range of engineering disciplines
- Ability to interpret client requirements, technical specifications, and industry standards
- Demonstrated success in developing and closing sales contracts
- Excellent communication, persuasion, writing, and presentation skills
- Experience working with offshore delivery teams preferred
- High energy, strong work ethic, and a self-starter mindset
- Resourceful, creative, and adaptable
- Positive attitude with a strong team orientation
- Remote role with travel up to 60%
- Competitive base salary ($130K - $150K) + commission
