Job Details:

We are seeking an experienced General Superintendent to oversee field operations for commercial roofing projects throughout the Southeast. This role will support multiple active projects simultaneously while providing leadership to field superintendents, foremen, subcontractors, and installation crews.

This is a high-impact operational leadership position focused on maintaining production schedules, safety standards, quality control, manpower coordination, and overall project execution across multiple jobs.

The ideal candidate has a strong commercial roofing background, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is comfortable traveling to support active projects throughout the region.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee field operations across multiple commercial roofing projects simultaneously
• Provide leadership and support to superintendents, foremen, subcontractors, and field crews
• Coordinate manpower, scheduling, and production activities across active jobsites
• Ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and according to company quality standards
• Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and progress reviews
• Partner closely with Project Managers, clients, general contractors, and vendors
• Troubleshoot field issues and help keep projects on schedule and within budget
• Monitor project sequencing, installation quality, safety compliance, and productivity
• Assist with workforce planning and operational improvements as the company grows
• Maintain strong communication with ownership and operations leadership teams

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of field leadership experience in commercial roofing required
• Strong background in commercial new construction roofing projects required
• Experience overseeing multiple projects, crews, or superintendents simultaneously
• Proven leadership experience managing field personnel and production operations
• Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems, sequencing, and installation practices
• Ability to read plans, specifications, and construction schedules
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
• Willingness and ability to travel throughout the Southeast as needed
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license required

Major Plus:

• Experience with large-scale commercial or industrial roofing projects
• Experience working for a top commercial roofing contractor or specialty trade contractor
• Bilingual Spanish/English communication skills
