Responsibilities
- Assist during cardiac catheterization procedures in the special procedures lab; maintain sterile technique and assist physicians with catheter placements and device delivery.
- Operate and troubleshoot imaging equipment (C-arm fluoroscopy); acquire and document high-quality angiographic images.
- Monitor patient status during procedures; manage hemodynamics and provide support as needed; participate in immediate post-procedure care.
- Maintain ALARA radiation safety practices; ensure room turnover, equipment readiness, and supply management.
- Document procedures accurately; support quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
- Collaborate with the interventional team to maintain efficient workflow and patient comfort throughout the case.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Cardiac Catheterization or Specialty Procedures
- RCIS certification required
- AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong knowledge of interventional cardiology procedures, sterile technique, and radiation safety
- Ability to work 10-hour day shifts four days per week in a fast-paced lab
