Were searching for a talented and driven Operations Intern to join our team! Your Day-to-Day: Handle recycling requests from technicians and coordinate drop-off or pick-up with vendors and warehouse Issue purchase orders (POs) to vendors for recycling services Track recycling activity using Excel spreadsheets and monitor compliance by comparing lamps recycled to lamps purchased Assist with acquisition of materials and equipment as needed Create purchase orders and process invoices accurately and timely Compose correspondence and prepare reports as required Advise Procurement Managers of potential issues, work interferences, and scheduling challenges; assist in problem resolution Monitor deadlines on incoming requests and prioritize tasks proactively Prepare special reports as requested by supervisors Perform packaging, order processing, and general warehouse duties Perform other duties as assigned What Youll Bring to the Table: Rising Junior or Senior majoring in Management, Logistics, or a related business degree Associates Degree or a minimum of 2 years of prior administrative experience Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PDF) Strong ability to prioritize and organize tasks to meet deadlines efficiently and professionally Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating professionalism and clarity Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Keen attention to detail with strong analytical skills for creating, editing, and analyzing documents and spreadsheets Why Youll Love Being Here: Positive, team-focused work environment with a collaborative office space, casual dress code, and onsite gym with fitness classes Industry-leading stability with over 40 years of experience and opportunities to grow your career through training and advancement Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, life insurance, disability, and an Employee Assistance Program 401(k) with a generous company match, weekly pay, paid holidays, and PTO Fun extras like our fully stocked Rogers Caf, employee referral bonuses, and other exceptional perks Lets Build the Future Together: If youre ready to take your skills to new heights, we want to hear from you!
