Our company was created to provide affordable, comprehensive protection against the high cost of repair or replacement of properly maintained major systems and appliances. We are a leading company in the home protection industry located in the metro area that services a nationwide customer base. We are conveniently located in Kennesaw, Georgia.

Hours:

• Monday - Friday 10 am to 6 pm; We also have part-time availability as well. (We are closed on Sundays).

Pay Range:

• $15 - $18/ hour based on level of experience.

Experience:

• Customer Service experience: minimum 1 year required.
• Previous Dispatch experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
• Basic computer skills in various software and web-based applications.

Education:

• High school diploma or (GED) required.

Position Overview/Responsibilities:

• Respond to technician inquiries and requests via telephone and email in a timely fashion.
• Display a courteous and empathetic attitude to all customers.
• Perform research to locate highly rated technicians.
• Grow existing technician accounts through exceptional customer service and effective sales techniques.
• Meet quantitative performance metrics as outlined.
• Keep customer accounts current by updating databases during calls.
• Call technicians to accept work orders for our members.
• Onboard Technicians to join our network.
