Virtual Assistant for Development Team
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented **Virtual Assistant** to support our growing web and software development team. This is a flexible, part-time opportunity requiring approximately **1–10 hours per week**.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Managing and organizing emails and team communications
* Data entry and maintaining project records
* Assisting with client follow-ups and routine inquiries
* Scheduling meetings and coordinating team activities
* Conducting basic online research
* Supporting recruitment and account management tasks when needed
* Helping maintain documentation and spreadsheets
Experience with development-related environments is a plus, but technical skills are not required. We are looking for someone who is organized, responsive, and comfortable working remotely with distributed teams.
### Requirements
* Strong written English and communication skills
* Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
* Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets
* Ability to learn new tools quickly
* Reliable internet connection
* High level of professionalism and confidentiality
* Quick response times during agreed working hours
### Nice to Have
* Experience working with software development or IT teams
* Familiarity with project management tools such as Trello, ClickUp, Asana, Jira, or Notion
* Experience with social media management or content drafting
* Recruitment or customer support experience
