Nurse Practitioner (NP) – Pediatrics

We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner with Pediatric experience in Rome, GA. Living in Rome offers a unique blend of small-town charm and scenic natural beauty. Our client is a physician-led pediatric practice with multiple locations and a collaborative team of physicians and mid-level providers. They are known for delivering high-quality, evidence-based pediatric care in a supportive and low-stress clinical environment.

The Position:

Our client is looking for a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. The pay range our client is offering is $90,000+ Base Salary, plus additional incentives.

• $90,000 Base Salary (New Graduates)
• $10,000 Signing Bonus
• Monthly Quality Incentive Bonuses ($800 – $1,000 per month / approx. $10,000 annually)

Requirements:

• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner
• Active Georgia License or Ability to Obtain
• Passion for Pediatric Medicine
• Team-Oriented with a Positive Attitude

Responsibilities:

• Monday – Friday Schedule
• 1 Saturday Per Month (9 AM – 1 PM)
• 100% Outpatient Pediatrics
• Average 20–25 Patients Per Day
• Light Call Rotation (1:8, Phone Only)
• No Hospital Rounds
• No ER Coverage
• No Night Shifts
