Key Responsibilities:
Supervising Maintenance Teams: Leading, training, and evaluating a team of maintenance technicians.
Preventative Maintenance: Developing and implementing preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure equipment reliability.
Troubleshooting and Repairs: Diagnosing and repairing equipment malfunctions in a timely manner.
Inventory Management: Managing spare parts inventory and ordering necessary materials.
Budget Management: Overseeing the maintenance budget for the facility.
Safety and Compliance: Ensuring all maintenance activities adhere to safety regulations and environmental standards.
Collaboration: Working with other departments, such as production and engineering, to optimize equipment performance and resolve issues.
Documentation: Maintaining accurate maintenance records and reports.

Technical Expertise:
Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and potentially hydraulic systems found in fiber manufacturing equipment.
