Job Summary

Summary: This position will entail running food an berverage to assigned areas and buffet attendant duties.

• Sets and replenishes buffets in assigned areas as depletion occurs.
• Busses seating areas. Stocks dry goods, plates, cutlery.
• Sets buffet equipment, utensils, risers, display, menus and other food and allergen identifiers.
• Replaces untidy dishes or utensils, keeps area clean, organized and sanitized.
• Communicates with front and back of house on food and beverage needs.
• Restocks and notates dry goods needed for next event.
• Breaks down all food and equipment at management direction.
• Ensures a high level of guest satisfaction and service and ensures polite and gracious help to all patrons.
• Runner responsibilities will include running food and berverages to assigned areas.
