Overview

We are seeking a dependable and hands-on Maintenance Supervisor / Site Manage r to lead and oversee custodial operations across multiple rest area locations. This role is critical in maintaining cleanliness standards, ensuring staff accountability, and handling on-site mechanical repairs.

The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical and repair skills, the ability to work independently, and experience managing staff across multiple locations . This position requires a proactive leader who can conduct daily inspections, monitor performance, manage inventory, and ensure all sites meet company standards

This role also includes travel between locations, conducting unannounced inspections, and completing daily reports with photos. The right candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of developing and enforcing effective cleaning procedures while addressing maintenance needs as they arise.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspections (pop-ups)at assigned locations
• Perform and oversee basic mechanical repairs and maintenance
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and performance
• Maintain daily inventory records
• Ensure all sites meet cleanliness and company standards
• Develop and implement cleaning procedures and strategies
• Submit daily reports with photos
• Travel for site visits:
• Lowndes County (bi-monthly)
• Camden County (as needed)

Special Assignment (Upon Hire)

• Perform unannounced inspections of all assigned locations
• Evaluate site conditions and staff performance
• Additional compensation provided for this assignment

Requirements

• Proven mechanical/repair skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites
• Strong attention to detail and reporting skills
• Willingness to travel as needed
• Previous supervisory or maintenance experience preferred
