Program Management Mgr DMS - Level 5
Description:
You will be the Diminishing Manufacturing Sources (DMS) Program Manager for the DMS Program Team which is responsible for overseeing the health of the supply base supporting C130J production and sustainment.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Diminishing Manufacturing Sources (DMS) Program Manager you will lead endtoend DMS projects, drive cost, schedule, and technical performance, and serve as the central point of contact for suppliers and internal stakeholders. You will shape riskbased strategies and ensure seamless continuity of C130J production.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Define and execute project plans that meet cost, schedule, and technical targets.
- Identify risks and opportunities, develop mitigation plans, and track their execution.
- Coordinate with crossfunctional teams, multiple suppliers, and customers to align efforts.
- Close DMS activities efficiently to prevent any interruptions to C130J production and sustainment.
- Report status, metrics, and lessons learned to senior leadership.

Further Information About This Opportunity
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN -This position is located at a facility that requiresspecial access. The selected candidate must possess an Interim Secretclearance to start.
Extensive travel domestically up to 40% and international travel periodically.Basic Qualifications:
Understanding of scheduling and Earned Value Management Systems Working knowledge of Air Vehicle Systems and Subsystems Experience in relationship development with internal and external customers Understanding of customer requirements
Desired Skills:
Working knowledge and understanding of C-130 platforms and various customer configurations. Knowledge and experience with C-130 production manufacturing process from design through build. Familiarity with Enterprise Data Collaboration System (EDCS), Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) and Supplier Data Requirements (SDRL). Computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Project, Excel, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint. Work across function organizational lines. Building strong work relationships across the internal organization. Understanding of Enterprise Program Reporting System (EPRS)

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
