Job Overview:

As a Warehouse & Operations Coordinator, you will manage day-to-day warehouse tasks, operate forklifts safely, and support order processing and field operations. You’ll be a key player in ensuring inventory accuracy and smooth operational workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Perform receiving, stocking, staging, and fulfillment of inventory.
• Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and documentation.
• Support Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, and Service Order workflows.
• Collaborate with Sales, Service, and Operations teams to ensure smooth order flow.
• Maintain and improve Standard Operating Procedures.
• Provide cross-training in order entry, purchasing, and service support.
• Assist with field operations, deliveries, and service tasks as needed.
• Perform additional operational duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Proven warehouse and forklift operation experience (certification preferred).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Basic computer and data entry skills; experience with ERP or inventory systems a plus.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, crouch, kneel, and work outdoors.
