Warp & Weft Machine Technician

- Do you enjoy hands-on work where precision and consistency matter?
- Can you spot a defect quickly and make smart adjustments on the fly?
- Are you comfortable rotating between shifts Monday through Friday?
What you’ll handle
- Running and overseeing weaving machinery to keep production moving efficiently
- Setting up machines and dialing in settings based on each product’s specs
- Identifying weaving issues (e.g., broken ends, mispicks) and correcting them during the run
- Light equipment maintenance and immediate escalation to maintenance when needed
- Documenting routine quality checks to ensure consistent results
- Maintaining a clean, orderly, and safe work area
Schedule and pay
- Monday–Friday
- Rotating shifts
- $16.50 per hour
