We are currently seeking a Computer User Support Specialist to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia (US-GA), United States (US).

Job Summary:

Provide technical assistance to computer users. Answer questions or resolve computer problems for clients in person, or via telephone or electronically. May provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, and operating systems.

Job Duties:

• Be able to assist and coordinate special projects involving workstation software installs and configurations
• Working knowledge of computer hardware to include Dell and HP
• Be able to analyze, log, track and resolve software/hardware matters pertaining to network connectivity issues, printer, and other software applications
• Perform troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common system problems
• Be able to install, configure, troubleshoot hardware and software for desktop, laptops and other equipment
• Perform upgrades to operating systems
• Schedule installations and upgrades and maintain them in accordance with established IT policies and procedures
• Be familiar with Windows, M365 and know imaging, ghosting and backup procedures
• Previous work history in working with Macs
• Ensure workstation data integrity by evaluating, implementing, and managing appropriate software and hardware solutions
• Working knowledge of MS Teams, VOIP and support multiple mobile device platforms, including Android and Iphone

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a variety of Intel based PCs, laptops and servers; network printers, and Androids/iPhone
• Minimum 2 years of Mac experience - OS, applications, imaging, and backups.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Windows 10/11, MS Office, Citrix, MECM and Ghost
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust Security Clearance
